The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a work styles assessment with utility for individuals, teams and organisations.
Companies that utilise the TMP within New Zealand have the opportunity to include details of TMP’s belonging to their team members within this App.
The App includes self-scores and percentages with scores and percentages of participating fellow team members. This includes advice on how best to adapt to the work style of that fellow team member.
